Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 business days, subject to product availability and credit verification. UK deliveries are sent via recorded first-class service at a cost of £4.99, with free shipping on all UK orders over £70.

Please note that changes to orders cannot be accommodated once placed. If you wish to modify your order, you will need to cancel it and place a new one, or opt for a return and exchange after delivery.

If any selected items are out of stock or further identification is required for credit verification, Drepoint will contact you via email.

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, longer processing times may occur during busy periods. If you are not available at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with your tracking number, enabling collection at your local depot.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Drepoint ships worldwide. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated based on the order size and destination at checkout. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon receipt are the responsibility of the recipient.
